Loctite 268™ high-strength threadlocker in a convenient 9 g solid stick delivers permanent locking and sealing for bolts, nuts, and studs up to 3/4″ diameter. Its semi-solid, drip-free applicator fills gaps up to 0.0005″ and cures anaerobically to withstand vibration, thermal cycling, and corrosion. Rated for –65 °F to +300 °F and tolerant of slight oil contamination, it locks assemblies that must never come loose yet can be disassembled with hand tools after heating to 572 °F. Ideal for critical fasteners on engines, pumps, gearboxes, and safety equipment in automotive, industrial, and MRO settings.
